Addressing Miscarriage of Justice Issues

INUK - Innocent Network UK Bristol (Criminal).

A Press Release released today on INUK's call for legislative reform of the criminal justice system to enable the CCRC to better assist potentially innocent victims of wrongful convictions.

INUK's Public Statement on how the criminal justice system is still failing innocent victims of wrongful conviction despite the establishment of the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC). It outlines the key limitations of the CCRC and the legislative reforms required to ensure that the innocent can have their convictions overturned.
